Nows the Time to Get Involved!
There are many way to take part in the fun! |
Bruce Rappaport tells stories at Sequoia Elementary School in Oakland, California before he goes to work. Bruce has developed short skits with the children and teachers based on his stories. A third grade student once wrote him, Dear Bruce, thank you for taking time off work to come and tell us stories. We could feel your story! |
JOIN A CLASS
You dont need any prior experience to join an acting or storytelling class. Youll learn the rudiments of acting, how to tell a story, do an improv, perform a scene or monologue and make new friends. Its all in a very supportive environment. Veteran teachers, Linda Spector and Stuart Kandell teach Wednesdays and Fridays. Nina Serrano guides storytellers with special storytelling workshops. |
AUDITION
Singers, musicians, actors, and storytellers are needed for Never Too Late! This lively variety show tours senior facilities, clubs, and organizations around the Bay Area. Auditions are Fridays at 1:00pm. |

If you like to tell stories and enjoy children, join the Stagebridge Storytellers. Youll receive training and plenty of opportunities to work in local elementary school classrooms. You will be able to sharpen your storytelling skills with great coaching. |
