Community Agreements
These shared values guide how we work, play, and create together at Stagebridge.
Respect & Kindness
Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with warmth and respect. We celebrate each person's unique contributions.
Our Commitment to Equity & Inclusion
Stagebridge is dedicated to creating a community where people of all backgrounds feel safe, valued, and represented. Since 2019, we have strengthened our equity work through expanded scholarships, hiring more BIPOC and AAPI instructors, deepening our community partnerships, and focusing on storytelling that reflects the incredibly diverse Bay Area. Our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee continues to guide this work as we expand access, accountability, and belonging across all programs.
Active Listening
Give your full attention when others are speaking or performing. Deep listening is the foundation of great ensemble work.
Safe Space
Honor our space as a place of creative risk-taking. What happens in class stays in class — vulnerability is respected.
