Winter 2026 Class Lineup
Come as you are to explore the arts this winter! Stagebridge offers classes in singing, storytelling, theatre, improv, clowning, radio drama, and folk music. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned performer, you’ll find a warm, welcoming environment to learn, create, and connect. All classes are small-group, supportive, and designed to spark joy and growth.

Dance & Movment
January 26 - March 16
In this class you will stimulate your reflexes and challenge your coordination skills. Class is designed to increase circulation and promote brain calibration, developing muscle memory through proper posture and breath work.
Arrive free of expectations as each class is different. Class may include cross body work, body percussion, joint mobility, opposition training, body conditioning, use of props, QiGong and more. Class incorporates musicality using a diverse genre playlist.
Students leave feeling motivated, energized and connected!
Modification options(Sit/Stand) are offered for all levels and abilities.

Brain Booster
January 26 - March 16
Whether you are a veteran stage performer or embracing new skills for the stage of life, this class will guide you as you connect with your audience to express a character, an emotion or your true self. Class has been considered a form of therapy to release stress and connect to emotions often masked by socially acceptable postures.
Past students have included, musicians, singers, dancers, actors, comedians, burlesque performers, religious leaders, motivational coaches, trial lawyers and corporate executives.
Class may include character walks, stage direction, interactive prompts, partner engagement, breath work, Qigong and rhythm combinations.
Class welcomes all levels with the goal to pull out the risk taker in you.
Students leave with greater postural awareness, a sense of healing, increased motivation and greater stage presence.

Blend storytelling with movement, music, and rhythm. Explore dance, drumming, and song to bring stories to life.

Craft authentic narratives from life experiences with prompts, peer feedback, and guidance from a master storyteller.
Note: Interested students are encouraged to join Introduction to Storytelling in order to prepare stories for public performance.
